This page lists the most frequently asked questions at Stuttgart Airport.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT:

Prepaid and booking for a parking space

By choosing "prepaid" you received a binding rental agreement within your booking confirmation. The parking fee was debited in advance (including service fee). Even if you do not use your booking or the complete duration you will not get any refund. The parking fee will be charged at the moment of your booking. If your parking duration is exceeded, the displayed parking time will be charged according to the locally posted parking fees. You may enter the booked parking facility up to one hour prior to the booked entry time.

Reservation and payment at exit

If you booked "reservation and payment at exit" or your parking duration is exceeded, the displayed parking time will be charged according to the locally posted parking fees. To pay, your HomePrinted Ticket with QR-Code is needed at the pay machine. You may enter the booked parking facility up to one hour prior to or after the booked entry time.

HOW DO I PAY THE AMOUNT DUE?

Please have your HomePrinted Ticket witz QR-Code ready to pay the outstanding amount at your nearest pay machine. Hold the QR-Code towards the scanner and pay the displayed amount. There you can also choose to receive a receipt. After you have paid the outstanding amount, you will have to use the HomePrinted Ticket with QR-Code at the barrier to leave the car park.

HOW DO I ENTER AND EXIT THE CAR PARK?

Please make sure to have the E-Mail confirmation (HomePrinted Ticket with QR-Code) available on your arrival. Please hold either your print out or your mobile device with the QR-Code in front of the scanner at the barrier to identify your booking when entering and exiting. Please do not pull a ticket at the barrier during the entry! If you did please keep the ticket and go straightaway to our service office at the car park P4, level 3.

VALET PARKING (WE PARK YOUR VEHICLE FOR YOU)

If you book our valet service, you do not need a QR code to enter the Kiss&Fly zone (departure level). The barrier opens automatically.
The vehicle can only be accepted within the specified service times (Monday - Friday: 6:30 am - 9:00 pm or Saturday, Sunday and public holidays: 7:30 am - 8 pm).

Procedure:

  • Vehicle handover with check-in on Departure Level 3, Terminal 3 within the kiss & fly zone in the designated valet area, after prior registration by telephone.
  • An employee will take over your vehicle (including keys) and confirm the condition and receipt of your vehicle. Please have your booking confirmation ready.
  • Any additional services booked will then be carried out and your vehicle will be parked in the P4 parking garage for collection (Additional bookable service: Machine-operated interior/exterior cleaning for normal levels of soiling. Note: Normal degree of soiling does not include the removal of animal hair or similar).
  • You can collect your vehicle key on your return at our APCOA control center P4 level 2 on presentation of your booking confirmation. Here you can find out where your vehicle is ready for collection in P4.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE CAR PARK SIGNS SHOW 'Besetzt' (Full)?

If you have booked a parking space in the car park, you may ignore the sign and enter using your HomePrinted Ticket (QRCode). We guarantee that there will be a parking space kept free for you, even though the sign may say 'besetzt' (occupied). Please use the call help key at the barrier if you encounter problems during your entry or exit.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY BOOKING?

When booking the additional product “Cancellation protection”, you have the option of canceling your booking once. In the event of cancellation, the prepaid parking fees (minus service charges) will be refunded. You can easily cancel your booking up to 1 hour before the booked entry time:

  1. Go to parken.flughafen-stuttgart.de in the side menu and select “Rebooking without login” (or “My account/rebooking”)
  2. Log in with your e-mail address and booking number and select the booking you wish to cancel. 
  3. You can then cancel your booking by clicking on the “Cancel booking” button.

Cancellation is not possible for bookings without cancellation protection. However, you have the option of rebooking your booking once.
