APCOA Deutschland GmbH (APCOA) is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for individuals with disabilities and to complying with the requirements of the Accessibility Enhancement Act (BFSG), the German BITV 2.0, and technical standards such as WCAG/W3C. How accessible is this website? 

This website is partially accessible. 

  • The requirements of BITV 2.0 (Accessible Information Technology Ordinance) are only partially met. 
  • The technical standards of WCAG 2.0 (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines – currently applicable standard) are only partially met. 
  • The requirements of the BFSG are only partially fulfilled.

APCOA takes the following measures to ensure and improve accessibility: 

  • Clear goals and responsibilities for implementing accessibility requirements exist within the company. 
  • Formal quality assurance methods for accessibility are in place within the organization. 


Compliance Status 

This website is not yet fully compliant with the harmonized European Standard (EN) 301 549 (in its current version). The non-conformities and/or exemptions are listed below. 


Non-compliance with the BFSG 

Despite our efforts, some issues may arise when using the website. Below is a description of non-accessible content. Please contact us if you find any inaccessible content not listed here. 

The main shortcomings are as follows: 

  • Partially incorrect/missing alternative text for images and controls; partially incorrect or missing controls for screen readers and assistive technologies 
  • Setting the booking period (technical markup for assistive tools is partly missing) 
  • Partially insufficient use of contrast 
  • PDF documents with accessibility issues or not accessible at all 

A revision of the booking website (https://parken.flughafen-stuttgart.de) and its subpages is currently planned. This revision aims to correct the listed issues. A new accessibility evaluation will take place after the update.
